Companies are underinvesting in total rewards.
Despite compensation accounting for 60-80% of operating expenses, HR teams are only dedicating 10-15% of their budgets to comp tools. That’s wild when you think about how essential compensation is for attracting and retaining top talent.
So, it’s no surprise that comp season feels like a painful, slow, and frustrating process for HR and Finance leaders.
